A few years back, I had the opportunity to develop some television programming with a Paramount Production Company. My friend, Stacey Evans Morgan (Writer/Producer for 'The Parkers') and I created this show, and we spent over a year pitching it and taking meetings and the whole nine. Everyone passed on the show, but I got hooked on tv programming. Since then I have been slowly getting my multimedia feet wet, travelling back and forth to Cali (Hanging out, Learning the business, and yes, Performing poetry).

Mike and I wrote a treatment for a film about a little known but famous black woman (We got a few Hollywood A-list actresses interested, but more on that later). I plan on producing a pilot/special of the show that Stacey and I produced next spring. Meanwhile, I wrote an episode of a new children's show that will be airing this fall on Discovery Kids and TLC. Oh yeah, almost forgot, I wrote the script for the 2005 Miss Black USA pageant, which aired on Robert Townsend's The Black Family Channel.
